[Online Registration & Online Services Linking Instructions]:

To gain maximum benefits from online registration service you need to inform your participants. This is best handled by first adding the "Register Online at AllSportCentral.com" Logo to your event website with a direct link to your event listing. This will enable participants to register online with great ease. You will also want to add the "Register Online at AllSportCentral.com" logo to your brochures, flyers, posters, and event shirts. You can download the logo by selecting the proper logo download link above. If you have questions contact AllSportCentral Customer Service (tel 605 331 0030 MON-FRI 9:00AM-5:00PM Central) we would be happy to help out.  (2) CREATE LINK FROM EVENT WEBSITE TO EVENT INFO PAGE ON ALLSPORTCENTRAL.COM: To create a direct link to your event information on AllSportCentral.com, you must first determine the URL address of the direct link for your event. After turning on Online Registration you should have received an e-mail entitled "ONLINE SERVICES NEXT STEPS" with a direct link to your event information on AllSportCentral.com. The e-mail will be sent to the event contact e-mail you indicated when listing the event. If you can not find the e-mail, be sure to check your spam or junk mail filter. You can also determine the proper link by clicking on your event within the AllSportCentral.com event calendar then copying and pasting the URL address from your browser. The link should look something like the link below but will have a unique Event ID that is assciated with your event. NOTE: Event ID's will change form year to year. For example, the links below goto the same same event, but one goes to the 2005 event and the other goes to the 2006 event. Notice the Event ID in 2005 was EventID=10854 and in 2006 it was EventID=13863: 2005 EVENT LISTING: http://www.AllSportCentral.com/EventInfo.cfm?EventID=10854 2006 EVENT LISTING: http://www.AllSportCentral.com/EventInfo.cfm?EventID=13863 For best results you will want to have set the link so when the click on the AllSportCentral logo the will be linked directly to your event listing where they can now Register Online, Confirm Entry, buy Event Merchandise, make Donations, signup for Time Tracker, review Results, buy Finisher Certificates, or buy Event Photos.

[Event Coordinator Accounts]:

You must create a coordinator account to list an event or utilize online services. You can use one account to list and manage multiple events. [Event Management Services]:

Our event management features are designed to allow the coordinator to securely access event data from their office, home, or event site. We have built in several time saving and collaboration features. Multiple event staff are able to securely enter offline registration data simultaneously from different locations. Team captains are able to independently manage updates to team and relay rosters. You can upload and download registration data in minutes. You can utilize online reports to monitor registration, t-shirt, merchandise, and payable/receiveable status. Our online results services are designed to enhance the event exerience, increase sponsor value, and improve event efficiency. Our live results allow you to easily make results available via the Internet, pagers, cell phones, and PDA's. Our post event results services allow users to review results online, purchase official finisher certificates, and run post race simulations against other participants.
