 YMCA 5K and Pump 'n Run 5K  
    The Bedell Family YMCA will be hosting a 5K and a Pump'n Run 5K. You can run/walk the 5K only, or you can choose to bench press for time deductions. Men bench their weight, women do half their weight. For each repetition 15 seconds is taken off the 5K time, thereby making results more interesting. It also adds a dimension for those athletes who do more than run/walk. Both 5K events are run together but scored separately. Bench pressing will take place at the Bedell Family YMCA on the two days prior to the race. There will be no benching done at the race site.

PACKET PICKUP: All pre-registered runners may pick up race packets at Bedell Family YMCA on Friday (October 23) from 5PM to 8PM.

 Pump 'n Run 5K  
  Bench press portion of the Pump ‘n Run event will be performed at the Bedell Family YMCA at 1900 41st Street from 3PM to 8PM Thursday and Friday (October 22 and 23). No lifting will be conducted at the YMCA on race day.

5K begins at the Bedell Family YMCA and continues down the scenic Dickinson County bike trails. The path loops you directly back to the YMCA. This path includes a great view of Spirit Lake with several rolling hills.

Awards: Top 3 overall Male & Female. Top 3 in each age group.
